Steps to remember:

• Use Illustrator to build 3D Objects and map labels to them.
• Adjust colors and add backgrounds and details in Photoshop.
• Print and add line weights with pencil or pen. Remember hierarchy in line weights.
• Add colored highlights with colored pencils and Copic markers.
• Scan in and blend and add final highlights in Photoshop.
• Adjust colors in Photoshop. 
• Add to delivery template.
• If its good enough, sign it!
